THE ROYAL SUITE

The Royal Suite is our largest and most popular function room. Royal Suite capacity is 200 guests (if seated for meal with space for buffett and DJ – max 110 guests).

It features a fully-licensed and staffed bar, which provides a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments at competitive rates.

There is also a stage area at the foot of the room which is easily large enough to accommodate an overhead projector, dance floor, DJ equipment or a band.

 

Daytime session: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Evening session: 6.00pm – 12.00am

 

Room hire charges include, if required: use of the fully staffed bar, Wi-Fi, projector and screen, built in PA system.

The room will be set up according to your requirements, ready for the arrival of your guests. This includes table arrangements and buffet (if required).

THE BAILEY BAR

The Bailey Bar is a cosy, pub-style lounge, which is ideal for smaller meetings and parties. Capacity – 100 guests (if seated max 50 guests). Its clever design allows for a great atmosphere both when at capacity and when there are fewer people. It features a fully-licensed and staffed bar, which provides a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments at competitive rates.

Daytime session: 9.00am – 5.00pm

Our Function Rooms

FLAIR stadium features several function rooms that can be used for a range of events. From wedding to christening and birthday celebrations, from networking events to conferences and ward ceremonies, our function rooms tailor to whatever occasion you wish to hold with the very best in service with exact specification to your event requirements.

 

  1. Date of room hire must be agreed upon with the Events Manager before booking.
  2. By confirming a date and paying a deposit you agree to the below terms and conditions.
  3. Maximum capacities are: for the Bailey Bar 100 guests (if seated 50 guests). For the Royal Suite 200 guests (if seated 140 guests).
  4. Both bars are licensed unit 12 midnight.
  5. The Manager has the right to refuse service and the right to eject individuals from the stadium.
  6. Under 18s are allowed, they are to be supervised at all times, both in the venue and outside on the grounds too.
  7. Clients leaving items at the stadium, including vehicles, do so at their own risk.
  8. Whilst every effort is made to safeguard our client’s property, Dewsbury Rams will not be held responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused either prior to the beginning of the function or after it is over. Nor can we be held responsible for gifts or decorations that have been delivered to or handed over to staff.
  9. The Client will be responsible for any damage caused to the venue by themselves, a sub-contractor or their guests and shall pay to make good any such loss of damage or loss of business caused as a result.
  10. External catering is allowed but all aspects must be sorted off site as there is no access to a kitchen or any equipment. Kitchen facilities at the stadium are not available for use, or for warming food by our staff, or other external company. Buffet tables have to be cleared and left over food to be disposed of at the end of the function.
  11. Next day collection of crockery trays etc by arrangement with Bar Manager only, in advance.
  12. The use of an external DJ or band is allowed but the following must be agreed to and adhered to. The music provider must show a copy of valid liability insurance to be able to play. Any issues caused by the music provider are solely the responsibility of the music provider. They are responsible for making sure their equipment is safe for the public to be around, i.e. no trip hazards, no open wires etc. The set-up times must be agreed with the Manager in advance of the date. It is at the own risk of the provider if they leave their equipment unattended, Dewsbury Rams take no responsibility over this equipment. All equipment must be removed on the evening of the party unless alternative arrangements have been made prior to the date with the events coordinator. Any equipment left in the venue overnight is at the owner’s risk, Dewsbury Rams take no responsibility for this equipment.
  13. Access times for weekend evening functions for set up etc is 5pm on the day of the function. Earlier access can be arranged with the Manager at an additional cost of £20.00 per hour.
  14. We offer a generous selection of house wines at competitive prices. Should you wish to use your own wine, a corkage charge of £5 + VAT per bottle will be made.
  15. The invoice must be settled in full one month prior to the event or function.
  16. Payment for any extras i.e. drinks should be made prior to departure from Dewsbury Rams
  • Due to sensors that detect movement, we ask clients not to leave inflated balloons overnight.
  • Smoking machines are not permitted.
  • Please refrain from using party poppers and foil confetti.
  • Bouncy castles must be pre agreed on with the events coordinator, if one is agreed on a suitable adult must supervise any child on the equipment.
  • Clients are reminded to observe Fire Regulations and Lift Capacity.
  • Clients are asked to respect facilities provided for guests with disabilities
  • Any property left on site will be disposed of after 30 days if not collected.

 

 

18th & 21 Birthday Parties

Room may be used for 18th & 21st birthdays but must be agreed with the Manager before the booking can be confirmed. 18:00-00:00 Royal Suite - £250 for room or Bailey Bar £220 for room. A cash bond of £100 will be required and will be refunded back within 3 days after the event has taken place. We will be unable give a refund on the day.
